Fix these lines a the top:

Add these at the end

Compile and deploy sakai into Tomcat.
Add the MySql connector

NOTE: When switching back and forth from mysql to hsql, make sure to deal with the jakarta-tomcat-5.5.9/sakai/sakai.properties file
