Here are the workaround steps:<br \/>\nGo to  System preferences<br \/>\nSelect Network<br \/>\nSelect Modem<br \/>\nSelect PPP<br \/>\nChange the name of the connection adding or deleting one character<br \/>\nPress Apply Now<br \/>\nPress Dial Now &#8211; Opening Internet Connect<br \/>\nPress Connect<br \/>\nSomehow the apply now wakes it up.
