@JTatIU I re-did my calculations and could not find a way that fuel savings make a Tesla Model S affordable.

@JTatIU I was thinking that it *is* four car payments. And if I repair, then I have a car with 140K miles. Her next car may get 50MPG.

@JTatIU the car is 2001 with 140K miles. Bad head and may need rebuild. Minimum $2K to repair. OK to replace?

@JTatIU yeah that usually is my theory too. With 2 cars >100K and 2 cars > 200K it might be time to have at least 1 car < 100K

All our cars are too old - they keep breaking down. SIxth breakdown in 8 weeks. I guess after 200K miles reliability drops a bit.

@treybuck 2.9 is the finest LMS UI the world has ever seen. There is a 2.10 skin in the works that will make it look fab-u-lous ;)

@treybuck @sakai Sakai 2.9 LTI supports LTI 1.1 so grade pass back works. The code can run in earlier versions with a tad of back-port.

Every time I give a relational database lecture and use Sakai as an example - I amaze myself at how fast it can display its first page.
